This decanter is a dark green glass with a silver painted dragon its right paw sitting on a box with PA X TI BI letters underlined within it. surrounded with vines and flowers and on the other half is a gondola type boat encircled in water with 2 sword like things pierced in the water edge in a v shape., It also has 6 glasses with it.
I think they call this silver overlay, probably Italian.
