Restored Old Pulley "Well Tickle"

This too I picked from the old tobacco farmer I met. He liked to call them "Well tickles." A new term to me. Took some brass wire brushes and me drill to it. Used some steel wool in the hard to reach places. Finished it with some turtle wax as I don't like to paint cast iron when it's restored. Paint takes away the deep shine of the metal. Turned out pretty nice for such a rusty old pulley. Now to turn it into something....
