Hi i was given these dogs for a present some years ago and i still dont know what they are, Ive looked on Google but with no luck, can anybody help me?

I think they may be Staffordshire figures.
These look like Staffordshire figures to me, too. Not really possible to identify the factory because there were many who made such figures. Unless something came from a well known pottery and carried a registered or otherwise identifiable mark, the figures usually remained anonymous.
