French Limoges decorative plate

I found this plate in my attic. I think it may have come from my grandmother's house but I honestly don't remember for sure. It is stamped Limoges France with the word limoges in the points of the star and France under the star. That marking is in the plate. There is also a red stamp that says LIMOGES [PHL] FRANCE. I believe this plate dates before theh 1890s, but I am not sure. I do know that this plate is in excellent condition. If anyone has any other information, I would love to know more. Thank you!
