Have no earthly idea what these are, what they would be part of or attached to. If anyone can give me some insight it would be greatly appreciated. Only thing I can think of that it might do is pop open a beer bottle .I am pretty sure they are aluminum. No marking on it other than the design and they may be hand forged because they are not exactly alike unless strike/mold is off.

Thanks for the love Vetraio50. yeah, just not sure what these are. Maybe a weird shoe horn, lol.
    3. MeliG MeliG, 9 years ago
They are almost 8 inches long.
    4. Caperkid, 9 years ago
They look like pieces to a show saddle to me.
    5. MeliG MeliG, 9 years ago
I looked at bridle pieces and such a while back but could not find the exact shape or figure out how they connect.
    6. MeliG MeliG, 9 years ago
Thank you Caperkid! just saw something similar, now I understand.
    7. Caperkid, 9 years ago
Hmm if there was just one i would say shoe horn. Let us know if you find out.
    8. MeliG MeliG, 9 years ago
Would I be wrong in thinking they are aluminum instead of silver or would it definitely be marked as such?
    9. Caperkid, 9 years ago
Not all pices would be marked if it was part of a larger piece. Then again im not an expert.

My husband just said it looks like a whine bottle holder, lol. Stick the neck through so sediment stays at the bottom.
    17. eye4beauty eye4beauty, 9 years ago

Yeah it was Eye4beauty. As the heading says, "clueless". You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. I am really slow sometimes. First person to post you want them I will send them to you. I will never use them.
    32. eye4beauty eye4beauty, 9 years ago
Not an alcohol consumer here, but thanks for the offer ... Now, if you happen to find that elusive Chihuly and do not want it, hmmmmm ...
    33. MeliG MeliG, 9 years ago
If I ever got my hands on a Chihuly I would probably have a heart attack. I will put it in my will for you.
    34. MeliG MeliG, 9 years ago
I did have 2 Chihuly pieces at one of my estate sales, but the granddaughter of the owner came in and pulled them from the sale.
    35. eye4beauty eye4beauty, 9 years ago
Of course ... I hear that happens alot
    36. MeliG MeliG, 9 years ago
Once in a while. The grandmother didn't care about them and wanted them sold but she talked her into letting her have them.
    37. MeliG MeliG, 9 years ago
The lalique pieces this woman had were amazing, 12 pieces. Among them was the Nemours bowl I am in love with.
    38. eye4beauty eye4beauty, 9 years ago
Wow ... Was the bowl clear or blue ????
    39. MeliG MeliG, 9 years ago
It was the clear. I tend to prefer that one over the blue and amber.
    40. eye4beauty eye4beauty, 9 years ago
      Yes ... Lovely bowl ...
