These 2 dolls were left at my friends church for sale. The girl dolls tag says I am Colleen of Ireland. They are porcelain and the clothing is original. I'm not sure of the size.
Can anyone give us information on how to identify where they were made and when?
    Thank you so very much.

Your dolls are made of composition it is like a sawdust mixed with glue to explain the easiest way . The Holland doll was likely made in Germany or USA , she has suffered what happened to compo dolls and that is lifting of paint and cracking so hard to tell who made her . The other dolls are tourist dolls . If you look on back of neck of Holland doll is there any raised letters like a symbol or name ? These all date from around 1940's
