All I want to know, is, who is she? What is her name? She is an oriental sea goddess of a sort, a 1950s 'vintage' Italy Norleans figurine, approximately 5" tall made of plastic. She has scallop shells at her feet, one is opened revealing a single pearl. She holds a type of basket for lack of a better term(?). I have seen sets of these figurines on ETSY and eBay, but no name identification. I appreciate your feedback, thanks in advance. :)

      Perhaps Polynesian?

And to clarify, when I say Polynesian I mean an Italian Artist that has never been to Polynesia, making what they think a poly-girl looks like wearing a lei and a lava lava.

She is pretty, is her composition a resin?

She's made of plastic, my friend who gave her to me about 20 years ago told me her name and that she was a sea? goddess of a sort but I've since forgotten. And I lost contact with my friend over the years, so....!! Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated!
