Item was brought from Florence to South Africa in the 1920. The previous owner bought it at an antiques auction in Florence. It still has original paintwork, artwork and locks and handles. I have mounted it in my lounge (without harming it) and would love to know more about it. I think its the prettiest thing I have ever owned! It a good 3 meters high with frame and 2 doors. I believe it is now 400 years old.

These are called boiserie panels, at the oldest late 1700's.
