Cane rocker upcycled

Hi, I got this rocker free off the street
It originally had a cane seat but when I got it
Was gone so I upcycled it
I painted the frame turquoise and added wooden board
To the back and seat new foam and I took a mexican
Poncho I found at goodwill and upholstered the seat
And finished it with orange gimp trim
I would love it if someone could tell me when
This chair may have been made see last third picture
