Howell Chairs . I have three of them and I am not sure if they were made for a bar or part of a table set. They all have a swivel mechanism and are a pleather type material. I took them apart to clean the chrome and noticed that two of the swivels are welded to the inverted leg sections. If any body could tell me when they might have been manufactured 60's or 70's
