Czech Art Deco Vase with Spatter

The vase is orange cased in clear but the spatter is outside the outer clear layer. Again the base gives the best view of the spatter but here it feels as if there is a raised line around each colour.....rather like stained glass in miniature. The spatter is in primary colours plus green and black. There's no blending of colours.
