green handpainted depression glass? vase

Found this beautiful little vase at a yard sale yesterday. Passed by the sale the first time and stopped the second time. This was sitting on the back of the table so that the wind wouldn't knock it down. Picked it up and asked price. Only paid 25cents for it!:-) No marks on bottom of vase. The bottom appears to applied to the body of the vase. Thin glass that starts dark green at bade and continues until color is what you see in pics. Would like to know who and age of this piece.
