Fell in love with this lighter and would like to know more about it! Haven't been able to find anything on how old it is or where it might have been made......Do collectors think its design evokes Deco or much later?

The lighter section says Japan on it and on the bottom it says Atlantic mold.

Very cool design ! I know you can buy molds by Atlantic Mold and make your own in a ceramic class you do painting and they fire it for you. So possible made in a class and signature is from the person who made it in class as you always need to sign a copy with your name .

Atlantic Mold did some really neat retro 1970s lighters and ashtrays. The lighters aren't very common. There's a "Horn of Plenty" retro shaped one on ebay at the moment for about $25. Really neat find for you!
