This bank sat on my shelf for years. Once again, I believe if was from my grandmother's house. I do not know anything about it. I believe the tag on the bottom says Made in Taiwan. It measures approximately 3 1/2 inches high from the base to the top of the head and approximately 3 1/2 inches long. If anyone can tell me more, it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Hi, I have seen a few black and white ones like this from the 1980's. Not sure if it's the same thing.
