I'm trying to identify the type of bottle these originated from. They are all from an area with very old history and heavily sanded from many decades of being surf tumbled. From what I've read it's considered "black glass", even though it is dark olive green. I've searched but can't find anything of similar design. The bottoms are all beveled as opposed to being concave, so whatever type of bottle they're from could not have been very stable.
ok seems I've found my answer herehttp://www.seaglassjournal.com/seaglassofthemonth/13-11-kickup.htm
Your link is non-functional on my end, but into the 1930s European imports saw these ''kick-ups'' on old wine bottles.
These are sea-glass pieces, the remains of bottles tumbled around in the water for many decades. Always collectible and pretty.
They are typical dark-olive green seen on early-1900s and before wine bottles.
