Lovely but unidentified nest of table

Hello all, we bought this beautiful set of teak nesting tables because of the look when they are nested - graduated shapes nesting snugly together, giving a 'cathedral' effect. The frame is on the long side and the stretchers on the short side only. The legs are taper quite finely.

I am stumped. There are no makers/designers marks anywhere. I've done loads of online search but cannot find anything matching the look when they are nested, nor can I find anything similar with the frames and stretchers this way round.

If someone could give me a pointer, I'd be really grateful. Thanks.
