I bought this at a restaurant about 30 years ago. It is all hand carved no metal the legs and head fit together with dowels. They don't come off.
It's very heavy.
The closest I've found on the Internet is it could be an antique child's toy.
But it is stationary. A child can sit on it.
I don't know if this is the original paint.
I'd love to know when it was made, by who and what country.
