It appears that the purple glass fish was blown into the wire frame. There is a large fist size opening in the belly of the frame and the glass, like it is suppose to be a vase or something. There are 4 red circle quarter size glass accents, one for the eye and 3 more around the body of the fish. There are no markings or stamps to help identify this. Any ideas? I really like colored glass genie bottles and I didn't have anything purple so I bought this at a thrift store but they didn't know anything about it either.
