I am hoping someone with access to Glasmarken Lexicon will be able to identify this mark which appears under "intricate letters" "B". I will post the wine service under the appropriate country. I think it's Czech but could also be German or French.

You may like to compare this one with yours, Ian. The stopper is the same and at one time I had a decanter the same as yours. These were commonly found at French vide-greniers which was where I found mine.

Haha! I didn't see your post until now - are we connected by a 200 mile umbilical cord or something? Is your tray marked?

      Same Chinese hat!

My tray isn't marked and having enlarged your photos I now think the decanters are the same too! It's almost spooky....the number of times we post the same glass!

      I wonder if it's Leerdam

I don't think the mark is a Leerdam mark but will post if any more information comes up.
