Help to know, brand, country, and approximate year of manufacture of this restored tricycle.

I have restored this old tricycle and I would like to know which brand is it, in which country was built, and if is possible, the approximate year of manufacture.
I think it could be from USA or England but I am not certain. Unfortunately, the tricycle has not an identification plate with the brand.
The detail that makes it special, unlike many other tricycles I have seen, are the two rods having front, that goes, from below the handlebars and through the fender, to the center of the front wheel.
The parts that are not original and in order not to confuse are:
- The handlebar (I built it by hand based on a tricycle with similar characteristics, but I am not really sure, if the handlebar was originally like this I made).
- The yellow handlebar grips.
- The pedals (The rubbers and the painted yellow metal part, forming the pedal).
- The seat cover.
- Yellow hub caps on the rear wheels.
- The wheel tires were replaced.

The remaining parts are original.
