I'm a bit of a baseball nut (still keeping score at the games), so this is one of my favorite packs from my grandfather's collection. Was this made for sale at the ballparks?

There's a tax revenue stamp for the City of Baltimore on the top, so maybe it was sold at the old Municipal Station (where the Orioles played as a minor league team before Baltimore re-entered the Majors and the park became Memorial Stadium).
