This is definitely very old. i should have taken a pic of the bottom too. it's in great condition for it's age. it's about 6 inches tall. made of some primitive plastic, metal and ribbon.

He's great ho2 :) being a Scottie owner I collect anything I see when it comes to my little girl. I've got a McCoy planter along with ceramic, and glass ones of all kinds.
