    Not sure what era or year its from,has tanish,marbaled handles,german inprint on back, says kc seelbach co. stamp and the K looks like it could have a small v instead of a c next to it?? Looks like a multi tool used long ago, and I love the spring ,never seen one like that!

      Gardening tool and I have seen the spring in modern form on other gardening tools.

      No, European poultry shears, for cutting chicken or others into quarters, before cooking. Not gardening, no need for the serrated edge.

      No, European poultry shears, for cutting chicken or other fowl into quarters, before cooking. From which, the use of the engraved bird's head as decoration, is not merely ornamental, but an indication of purpose. Not gardening secateurs, no need for the serrated edge.
