Loetz Ausführung 226 in Pink

Here is another vase I am posting for Andy in Croatia.

Although a 226 is not really rare, it always deserves attention because of its attractiveness and appeal. For me it was one of the first Loetz decors I wanted to have. When I bought a camelia red (or pink), I wanted a yellow one, and after I had acquired it I could not resist a pair of orange candlesticks. Then I understood that there was a wide range in iridescence, so I replaced my matte camelia red with this one. It is quite large, approximately 8'' x 6'', Loetz oval mark. The last photo is an homage to Andy Warhol.
