I am not quite sure what this is... well, I know it is some sort of pin, but how is it worn? What is it worn on? Why the criss-cross of the pins in the back? I am baffled by this one. There are no markings on it. I don't have a clue... anyone???
Scarf pin?
One end of the scarf under one pin, the other end under the second pin.
Thanks for the answer and thanks for the love racer4four!! I didn't have a clue. I never saw one like that before. I just wear regular pins if I wear one with a scarf!

I'll have to go with Karen on this...the angles of the 2 pins would indicate to me as a "Tie" point where the scarf would overlap.
