New Bird Table Lamp with Capiz Shade

I just purchased this lamp because it is so unusual looking - and I love birds! I'm really interested in finding out the maker and age of the lamp.

While I was waiting to buy the lamp, I had several people stop and comment on what an interesting lamp it was.

The lamp with the shade is about 31" tall. The shade is capiz and the bird body is quite heavy. The height of the bird on the stand is about 17" . The birds body is predominantly pewter colored with some brass for the wings. The lamp and shade weigh about 8lbs and 4 oz.
