750 is Gold from what I know.
it could be a money clip or a tie clip
it is 18kt gold . that what the 750 means .
Thanks SEAN68, I know the item is truly 750 gold. I'm just trying to determine if it is truly a Tiffany clip this will increase the value of the item 2 or 3 times.

The same clip in silver is sold on the Tiffany site but the gold piece could have been a special order, it's not uncommon; you may want to contact Tiffany's to ask if that tie clip is available in 18K.
