    I have this Osaka compass and know nothing about it says "K.S. Seisaku Sho" And "Osaka Japan" on the face of the compass but that's it. It has no badges with serial numbers. I would love to know how old the compass is if it's military and maybe the value if possible. Thank you for your time.

      I believe that they are now Nunotani Keiki Seisakusho.

      That's a binnacle compass and would have been mounted in a post/column affair to shelter it (and a small lamp for darkness) and still be visible to a ship's helmsman.
      I can't guess at a date. They haven't changed all that much for an awfully long time. I'd bet on fairly modern based on the nice crisp printing of the compass card.
