Tell me what type of bottle cap sign i might have, thanks.

Just picked this up today but I'm really uncertain if it's an actual bottle cap sign or something else.. It's got a raised center, a few holes in the sides like others I've searched earlier. No raised lettering, no markings that I can visibly see. The paint seems strange, underneath the Orange is white, no other visible colors. My initial thought was Crush since the colors are alike but if that were the case, there would have been leftover paint from the brand somewhere on the thing. From ridge to ridge, it measures 33" and shallow point to shallow point, it measures 31" so I'm at a loss. Do I have an actual bottle cap sign or is this something else?
