This could be any time point from 1910 to 1940 (or later? any info?). This style might be christened Czech utility ware - I don't know if other countries produced this very distinctive style of vase but it is definitely mould-blown and very simple.
I could fill a shelf with these and be a happy man.
It is 31cm tall.
