This image is of an unknown item that I located in a second-hand store located in New York City's Northern Bronx's.
The item is stamped 925 and appears to be a napkin ring of some sort.
The ring measures about 1 3/4 inches in diameter, the coin about 3/4 inches in diameter and about 4 1/2 inches in length.
Truthfully, I have no idea what type of coin this is.
I welcome any and all information pertaining to this item, especially the coin
    Thanks to all.

Hi, I'm wondering if this is a christening bangle with a St. Christopher medallion or something of that type?? Or Israel coin !!

I have no ideal. But, I don't think so.
The item is very small and coin appears to be very very old.
