Vase & Lidded Jar in Frosted Cased Glass, Very Unusual???

Dear All,
Can anyone help me identify this type of art glass? I have not see this type of frosted cased glass, with the interior laced with a textured bubble format.

The vase is large, thick and heavy at almost 12" tall, and the jar with lid is 7" tall by 5" wide. Both are frosted cased glass, with the jar being thinner glass. The outside is frosted satin, while the inside is a cased satin glass with an embedded application that can be felt inside on the surface of the glass. Both have a greenish cast, with the jar being lighter. Found locally, they have all tags removed only the glue remains, darn...

The first image shows both, the second image shows the interior and cased edge, the third shows the jar & lid, and the last is the detail of the interior treatment of the jar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
