This one has no numbers, dots, or manufacturer. I thought it was Hemingray. It is threaded and has its wood post or cap inside. I need help identifying it. Sorry, the pics were upright on my photo viewer. Not sure how to fix them here.
    Approximate Measurements:
    Height: 4.5"
    Width: 3.25"
    Weight: 26.6 oz
    Voltage: CABLE
    Leakage: 4.25 ?
    Pin Hole: 1"
    Style: Unknown

I think this is Hemingray CD 260 or 259 but it is weighing 26.8 Ounces
    Single Petticoat
There are threads below pin hole I believe for a large pin. Width approximately 2.25" but not on the last bottom inch.
The color is a light Ice Aqua. Photographed in different light is making it look clearer than it is.

Perhaps this chart will help you determine the CD number, I would try looking at the section "Cable, single or double petticoat, w/ears (250-279)"
