This is an art nouveau style John Walsh Walsh conical decanter. It is has vertical shooting stars on the body and stopper and a frilled neck. Probably circa. 1900.
This decanter is illustrated in the book The Glass of John Walsh Walsh 1850-1951, Eric Reynolds (ISBN 0-903685-74-4). The book has facsimiles of patterns from the factory pattern book, and a drawing of this decanter is in that section.
A really pretty and subtle decanter.
