Does anyone know what kind of phone this is? It came from an old store in my home town. It was a gift from an old family friend and hung in their store for over 40 years.

Your phone was manufactured by the Gray Telephone Pay Station Company of Hartford, Conn. The model is 23 J multi-coin post-payment station. This style of payphone with a handset was manufactured around 1930's.
