ANTIQUE ROMAN COIN ?? 16TH CENTURY OR EARLIER HELP !!

Hi all friends out there , can anybody help me ID this coin .. Very worn and hard to get a real good pic but these two pics are the best i came up with. Appears to be bronze quite thin , measures 2.5 cms across , some of the images and lettering still legiable , looks like a 1562 or similar date but hard to make out could possibly be 1362 but not sure , i can see rex bottom right maybe someone can make out enough of the pics to give me an idea , would love to find out more , thanks heaps. Surely someone can recognize this coin ??
