This basket came to me via an old aunt from Arkansas. It is made from natural vines or branches, and tied with natural twine - no machine made stuff. The "covering" looks like cow or deer hide, but is actually a natural bark or tree covering. It is approximately 2 feet high and 2 feet diameter. Any ideas of where it came from?
