The piece was purchased over 50 years ago in China. All the gold on the piece is pure gold. The piece is in pristine condition and is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately my mother passed away recently and never shared all the history of this piece and what dad knows is minimal.
Japanese Satsuma style ware 1910-1920's time frame maybe a little earlier, made into a lamp a nicer piece of satsuma style ware with Kannon, Rakan and dragon
