Everyone.
Also found on Friday, this one was negligee, sit on the floor at the Salvation, i believe this is a Candy or Biscuit jar ?? from early 1920-30, delicate hand painted flowers, this jar have a cast iron base, brass plate(some point being painted silver) the glass as 2 tone colours, to bad missing the lid, the base is mark" 4X1"
This jar stand 7.50 inch tall, 6.75 inch at the widest portion, the inside is 3.25 wide by 4 inch deep.

I think you have the base to an oil lamp. This doesn't strike me as a cookie or biscuit jar. The quality to wonderful.
