Copy the serial# off the movement(The workings) and compare to this chart...will give you date of MFG:

The 183 on the case is the Model 183 Keystone Watch Case Co. It does not identify your watch. As Kerry said, the serial number on the watch movement will identify the watch.
My guess is it is a:
      12 size watch
      Extra Thin
      3rd Model
      19 jewels
      Illinois Watch Company (Obviously)
      Grade: A. Lincoln (Obviously)
With the serial number the approximate manufacture date can be determined.

And to Dave.... great info, with all these suggestions, your "Mystery" should find resolution in short order

Most A. Lincoln grade movements were 21 jewels.
The only 19 jewel, A. Lincoln grades that I can find listed are in the 12 size movements.
Here are some serial number runs that your watch might be in:
3,705,851 - 3,705,900 (no jewel count listed in this run)
      4,018,501 - 4,019,000
      4,122,001 - 4,123,000
      4,269,001 - 4,270,000
      4,450,001 - 4,450,100
      4,450,101 - 4,451,000
These are all 12 size, Model 3, A. Lincoln Grade, open face movements that are 19 jewels.

According to my book, it list serial numbers 4,738,001 - 4,739,000
as grade 587 as listed above and not as a A. Lincoln grade. This would
would lead me to believe very few examples of this run were marked A. Lincoln.
It is evident from your last photo the movement is adjusted to 5 positions.
