These tractor wheels came into my shop recently, and while on the one hand they seem authentic Deere colors, and likely belonged to a tractor, I can see paint splotches as well. Maybe touch up? The paint seems very old, regardless. Is there any way of identifying the manufacturer, or the model tractor these once graced?

These are steel wheels from a John Deere hay rake. The cogs on the inside of the wheel hubs had dogs to engage in them to turn the rake and would release when you were turning to work like a differential in an axle of a vehicle. https://www.google.com/search?q=steel+wheeled+hay+rake&biw=1440&bih=784&tbm=isch&imgil=K6eRau6AqpP_3M%253A%253Bmx8EbLkjjOWrtM%253Bhttp%25253A%25252F%25252Fwww.waymarking.com%25252Fwaymarks%25252FWMN4PY_John_Deere_Model_594_Steel_Wheel_Side_Delivery_Rake_Prince_Edward_County_ON&source=iu&pf=m&fir=K6eRau6AqpP_3M%253A%252Cmx8EbLkjjOWrtM%252C_&usg=__xb64MsWdwOOVrmHDlfeX_YAOOik%3D&ved=0ahUKEwia3bn30fnRAhVM_WMKHYw6CaUQyjcIKA&ei=LHaXWJqXFsz6jwOM9aSoCg#imgrc=K6eRau6AqpP_3M:
