Kralik - Marquetry

Marquetry vases and bowls come in all shapes and sizes (you can see statistics in my other posts about what colors, sizes and finished they come in. This one is a 1rst in many respects. It has three applied flower and "Bambus" decor stems but the flowers utilize both colors; Red in the core and yellow on the petals. It's 10.5 inches with a foot pedestal and a ground pontil underneath. Although I have seen two other knuckle bowls with this decor this the first in this shape. Black and red powders are rare for any Kralik piece but they are out there. Sadly the piece is broken and glued together but I don't mind a broken piece in my collection if is this nice
