    measures approx 15"long (fully opened) blade measures 1 1/2"w (widest point), cant fully make out the manufacture on blade but can tell its U.S.A. manufacturer. handle a trype of resin or plastic, lock on blade. never seen a blade that goes past its protective handle when closed. have you. any help on the make model etc will be greatly appreciated. thanks

      I posted this on my facebook as well and have been informed its a WW2 ERA CAMILLUS FOLDING SURVIVAL MACHETE KNIFE - on the one I have the tip has been ground (or worn) down. thanks for the replies.
