I have always wanted a curvy bowl on a plinth so when this one came my way I was delighted.....and still am. Imagine my amazement when I realised another bowl I have is of the same spatter and the same construction. They are both of three layers, spatter, clear and the same spatter again. Quite unusual to have two layers of spatter, I think.
Picture three clearly shows that the bowls have the same spatter.
Picture four is for Lesley.....I've taken your advice :-)
Love 'em both. I might as well just "love" your whole collection now and get it over with! :-)
LOL...."get it over with", it sounds like a terrible ordeal!
That last picture is very beautiful, the glass AND the yard.
Thank you VioletOrange, so pleased you like the glass.
Thank you for the loves, aghcollect, mikelv, IanBrighton, VioletOrange, eye4beauty and Moonstonelover.
any throw backs????
I just love your items...
Thank you, AnneLanders, such a lovely compliment :-)
I love how the base presents the form and colors ...
Thank you, eye4beauty, and of course the base is mostly the best place to judge whether two items were made using the same spatter 'mix'.
Oh ... Sorry, I meant base as in plinth ... Lol ...
No worries....and you are right....perhaps that's why I've always wanted a bowl on a plinth!!
Your view provides such a lovely backdrop for your beautiful glass Peggy!!
Thank you Rick, your lovely comment is really appreciated :-)

Hi Peggy, how Gorgeous and unusual. I've never seen different layers of spatter before either. Love the display in the last photo.
Hi Fran, thank you for liking the windowsill display.....it gets changed quite often.
Thanks for the loves, Vintagefran, Justanovice and antiquerose.
Hi Lisa, It is odd how chance plays a part. In spite of having pieces with two layers of spatter already it was only after reading your post, and finding a different version of double spatter, that I began closely examining other stuff of mine.
I suppose you'd hang the bowl/lampshade with sky hooks!
I was going through your posts Peggy and realised I missed this one. What fantastic bowls they are, and the plinth is the finishing touch. Love them so much.
Yes, I like the one with the plinth, glad you do too :)
Nice collection on a cloudy day: )
Thank you, kralik1928. Cloudy is the default setting here, when it's not actually raining of course !!!
