What I know so far:
Came as a pair, both in very good condition, the shades atop them: "A Foss Shade" drum shaped, cream in color, textured.
Base, likely brass, tiered with welds within its core (not visible on exterior). Core marked with "92" on at least two sections (also not visible on exterior). Orient theme; dragon handles, dragon caricature on 1st tier, claw foot base, other ornamental elements I'm familiar with but am unable to put them into words because I don't know what they're called (see photos for a better impression). Electrical; approximately 6 foot ac, brown, the thing the light bulb screws into is all copper. Button switch that shifts from left to right. Hollow from beneath but the top is closed. Approximately 3.25 ft tall x 0.5 ft wide at its girth, narrowing ascension. Looks a bit like a trophy. If anyone else can convey a description better than I have I welcome the corrections, I lack the knowledge and experience to do these lamps justice, but I'll never learn unless I try.
Hi! Your beautiful lamps are actually Foo Dog lamps. Here's a link to tell you more about them. https://www.1stdibs.com/furniture/lighting/table-lamps/pair-of-foo-dog-lamps-manner-james-mont/id-f_1493062/
Nice find, by the way. The dealer here has them listed over $800
