Its cast iron tool i have no idea what its for. I have been trying to figure it out for the past 2 years. Any help is much appreciated. I am not trying to sell or anything. I just want to know what it is.
Appears to be for stretching something rounded like maybe the arch of a shoe, but that's not my guess. Cast iron? Hummm.
Looks more like a clamp to me. Would make a great mascot on a rat rod!

Wa a t'ing! Rusty, I have never heard that term & they just look like hot-rods to me. Maybe I have been off Uncle Sambo's Plantation too long! Yeah, all white people are beginning to look alike & I have noticed that my passporte pix is really beginning to look like me! OH,sh-t, Guess I need to get a new one as that one expired 22 yrs. ago!! Oh well, I don't bother with immigration lines anyway!

They are rusty hot rods made to look like the early hot rods and I have no clue what that thing is but I like it.
It looks like it would crimp or bend a pipe or something
