    We got this couch from an estate sale along with many other items dated back to the early 19c. we would like to get more information on this couch if anyone knows. These pictures are of the fabric and under the couch. The couch is 7' 2" long - there are no markings on the couch. We are not 100% sure of the type of wood but think it is made of Walnut or Oak.

      probably 40's to 1960's. I seen one carved very similar at an antique store 20 years ago and asked about it. On the third visit theirs was not as comfortable so I did not buy it. A highly decorative and beautiful piece.

      bladerunner22, this couch is very comfortable. The cushions on this couch are 26 1/2" long x 24 1/2" wide x 3. I personally fell in love with this couch the minute I seen it. The color and woodwork is so beautiful!
