My dear friend and I purchased a storage unit years ago and this antique bottle of perfume was a wonderful find. It is sealed and has never been opened. There is a very tiny little bit of sediment in the bottom but not as much as you would expect for something this old. I have no clue how to go about finding a value for it or if there is even a collectors market for something like this. The bottle is a little over 7 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
I've been trying to read the label, and entered what I could into a google search. Not much luck. If you could type out the label and do a google search.
The other thing is, it's awfully big to be a perfume bottle, and I don't understand the colour at the top of bottle - is it just a camera lighting 'thing"?
I think it says something about a Societe des Nouveaux Parfume......with New York at the bottom.
It's a very good bottle though - good find.

I added pictures....I believe the label is a perfume label...and since I have been bottle digging since age 9 I know this is turn of the last century. I have Googled it but will try some more. I like to use "images" on google searches as it makes finding things much faster. I might have missed something by not doing the web search instead of images.... I just need to know if there are collectors of things like this.... I would think it would be like a bottle of fine wine....lol I buy and sell so it takes hours of research. Thanks for any help... .Cheryl
