Can anyone give any information about my Waltham, please. It has a Vanguard movement size 16 from 1907-08 and that is not difficult. But the case is. Is there any way to know the year of manufacture, because I think it is possible, that this watch may be put together from second hand parts. And I am not sure about the company Phila,W.C.Co, who are they? The serial number in the case is 170824.

If you want information on the Waltham watch movement, we need the serial number off the movement and a clear photo of the entire movement.
