A Pretty Anglo Indian Sadeli Box made in around 1850
This Anglo Indian boxes is constructed from solid sandalwood
the box have a lozenge form
the box has a white and coromandel veneer
the box have been inlaid with sadeli ware
that is particular to Bombay in India,
the top opens to reveal a purple velvet interior
36.5cm x 17.cm x 12.9cm.
